Remarks
GENESIS has the popular three stateroom galley-up 2 head layout powered by the long-running economical Caterpillar 210hp Naturals.She has been maintained in great condition by her knowledgeable owners who are moving up to a larger Grand Banks. The GB 42' Motor Yacht nearly has the room of the Grand Banks 46 because of the new motor yacht configuration. Interior volume is huge and the on-deck space is enormous. The aft deck is covered by a separate bimini from the flybridge and makes a great outdoor entertaining area. GENESIS has just had a very complete engine service including all oil and filters coolant engine alignment (including stuffing box repacking) rebuilding and refitting of couplings replacement of several hoses and lines and much more. She has also just had her hull and deck waxed window frames painted inside and out teak decking maintenance and all exterior varnish renewed (April 2012). GENESIS is aggressively priced and ready for her next owner.
