The owners of this magnificent motor yacht are no strangers to boating. Never purchasing a used boat in over three decades of boating they transformed this beauty into a showpiece. They had visions of all kinds of upgrades and made them into reality. Many of the expensive upgrades like fresh Hatteras White paint along with a complete bottom peel were done immediately. The hull was in great condition so that was shot in 2005 in Hatteras White as well and a double black stripe was also added. Accommodations
The Hatteras 43 DCMY is similar to is smaller sistership the 40 Hatteras DCMY but bigger. Bigger aft deck salon bridge and master. A simple and functional layout the owners have made this not onlynewer but more luxurious. A Marquipt Tide Ride ladder gets you up to the boat through one of two wing doors. Entering the aft deck you are amazed to see basically another room of the boat or simply the original aft deck. Designer removable carpet comfortable furniture new enclosure and curtains to make this aft deck extremely private. The aft deck has new paint new light fixtures new a/c and digital control panel and a new refrigerator. The salon door entrance from the aft deck takes you down three easy steps and you see a newly decorated area with new valance and silhouette blinds new upholstered valances new parquet floors throughout new custom sofa and settee and a desk. Forward and down another step is new redone galley with new Corian counter top new faces on the cabinets and new appliances. The galley also has new parquet floors and a gas piston to raise and lower the storage compartment in the sole. Walking forward of the galley in the companionway is the door to the day head which also has an en suite door to the forward guest stateroom. The guest stateroom has a V Berth with filler cushion to make a large berth and new designer bedding and pillows. There is a hanging locker and hatch overhead. The guest stateroom also has a privacy door to the head. The beauty of the double cabin motor yacht is just that; two cabins and two full heads at opposite ends of the vessel giving great privacy with meeting places being the salon the aft deck or the bridge and SYBALY is air conditioned at all of these places. The aft stateroom is full beam and has designer bedding and pillows on a queen size bed. The bed is centerline and an abundance of drawer space on port and starboard sides. Designer valances and curtains and an escape hatch aft center above the bed. The master head has been totally redone as well equally with the same taste as the rest of the best Corian countertop and designer Grohe faucet. Everywhere you go on SYBALY is totally redone. The owners barely missed a spot on the boat to make like a new boat. The bridge is no exception. The dash is all new the paint is new a/c on the bridge with a designated pump to make sure the bridge gets plenty of water to cool. Electronics are new the hardtop custom done with aluminum piping that looks like it was made yesterday. The best thing for a buyer or broker to do is come see this boat and what I write here will make PERFECT SENSE!
